Beta/Proof reader needed.

So, I tired this on two other forums and people freaked out over it.

I come to you, Parlancia, seeking help.

I am currently working on a fanfiction for a friend. It's building on the background of two of the main characters. I need someone to help me with proof reading and stuff. I'm at 33 pages right now, and I'm just. Fucking. Stuck. Im in dire need of a new and different perspective and a fresh mind on this.

I know hardly any of you are into Anime/Manga, and none of you have probably even read the manga Im doing this for.

It doesn't matter.

Seriously, even if you don't read manga. this is the manga.

Anyway, as I was saying, even if you've never read this, it doesn't matter as nothing in this pertains to the current storyline in the original work. It starts three years or so before the main plot of the manga and works its way up to there.

So, here's the thing. It's a slash/yaoi/gay porn thing. Yes, it has a lot of smut. And a lot of cussing. And all sorts of adult type things, such is why it's an adult fic.

So what I need in a beta reader is someone who can make their comments right next to my work without actually editing the original work. Example:

See Spot run. (Your comment goes here, with how you think the sentence can be changed and improved.)

I liek apples. (Did you mean like?)

Commenting on things you like will help too.

Also, it would be nice if whoever does this can be as unbiased as possible. I don't need someone who's going to make snide/sarcastic comments and be an ass. I need someone who knows what their doing and is willing to help without attacking myself or my writings. Someone to be calm and mature about it.

I'd be willing, but the only thing is I'm sorta busy at the moment with school and the stuff so I don't know if I can actually find the time to do it. Also, I haven't read the manga. =S

You know what might be better? Do you have a FF.net account? If you do, there are heaps of people who volunteer to be betas there - you could probably find someone who actually reads the manga that way. Their beta system is quite good.

I think I might be able to find some people on another forum, but I bet everyone is still gonna be busy with school. ><;
