Safari's on Windows, and it's a really good browser on Windows too.
On my Windows machines, I use a mixture of Safari, Firefox, and SRWare Iron, which is a fork of Chromium which strips out all the privacy settings and whatnot while maintaining the look, feel, and compatibility of any Chrome Addons or whatnot. I would switch out of Firefox now that it's bloated, but I still need it for FireFTP.
On my Ubuntu machines, I almost exclusively stick with Firefox. Chrome's getting there but it isn't there yet. Not only that, but Firefox on Ubuntu is still very strong and alive.
