News Feed! News: Grand Theft Auto V set in Hollywood?
Report ignites the rumour bomb.

Grand Theft Auto V may be set in Hollywood, according to an idiosyncratic report on VG247.

The blog added that a reveal could happen at a Max Payne 3 event "soon".

Rockstar apparently had no comment to make on the matter. Surprise.

i think hollywood will be good, perhaps some eighties music and fashion music?

uk will be a good setting if they do a mission or few there (fly from hollywood to there to kill someone)

They did do GTA London when it was birds eye view, to date its the only GTA i haven't played, they wouldn't sell it to me in gamestation when i was about 13-14.

The sound of a new GTA makes my willy tingle, i don't want a remake of GTA IV though, i like GTA:SA alot better.

Maybe make the area smaller, if they set it somewhere in SA. Expand upon a city instead of making a huge state.

Agreed, SA > GTA IV, although the new graphics were awesome I must say so, but the customization was lacking...

i would much prefer another UK release.

although they are catering for the majority of their fan base (America), i guess Great Britain is too small to register as an idea for a game these days.
